Recurring payments
When checkout is available, you choose a plan and billing interval. The charge repeats at that interval until cancelled. Checkout shows the recurring amount and any applicable tax before you authorize payment. Prices are in USD.
Cancel your subscription
Use Settings, Membership, Cancel subscription. Confirm the cancellation to stop future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund unused time.
If you cannot sign in or cancellation fails, email [email protected]. Disconnecting Gorilla Tag or signing out does not cancel billing.
Request a refund
Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges, charges after an effective cancellation, or paid services that were not supplied as agreed. Give your account identifier, charge date, amount, and invoice reference if available. Do not send a full card number or password.
We review requests against the payment record, the service supplied, and applicable law. Refunds that are due return through the original payment provider where possible. Your bank controls when the refund appears. Contacting us does not prevent you from using a lawful bank dispute or consumer complaint process.
Cooling-off and consumer rights
Mandatory rights take priority over this policy. Depending on your location and the type of service, an online purchase can include a cancellation or withdrawal period. EU and UK consumers can have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the relevant rules. This checkout does not ask you to waive that right.
To withdraw, send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the subscription, with enough information to identify it. A special form is not required. Use of a service, a ban, or a match result does not automatically remove mandatory remedies.
Plan and price changes
Plan changes can affect price, timing, and credits. A change must show its financial effect before you agree. Applicable notice and cancellation rights continue to apply to renewal price changes. If a payment fails, check Settings and the payment provider's notice for the account's actual status.
